A new NPTC chainsaw course, CS50 will run on June 26/7/8 near Peterfield. Its called Techniques for with dealing with difficult trees, and will cover windblown trees with exposed root plates, leaning trees, felling trees with a broken crown using a winch or pull ropes, taking down broken branches from standing trees. Trainees wishing to attend this course must already hold the NPTC certificate for CS30 & 31 (maintenance, cross cutting and felling small trees) There is only 1 space left, so please contact Jo@hampshire-training.co.uk if you are interested or want more information.

FIRST AID CERTIFICATES. HSE Recommendations are now that anyone holding a Emergency First Aid certificate should do a 3 hour refresher annually for 2 years then a full one day course every 3rd year.
For the FA at Work certificate, a 3 hour refresher for 2 years then a 2 day re-qualification in the 3rd year
